The company's independently developed BLUER-PRO and ZZ-PRO liquid-phase catalytic oxidation sulfur recovery technology can effectively remove hydrogen sulfide from gas components, with the hydrogen sulfide content in the treated gas components being lower than 1ppm ,especially suitable for small and medium-sized hydrogen sulfide removal units with sulfur production of 0.2-25 tons / per day. This technology is domestically leading.

The company has won numerous honors, including "National High-tech Enterprise," "Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise," Shandong Specialized and New Enterprise, "First Batch of National-level High-tech Small and Medium-sized Enterprises," and "Shandong Province's First Set of Technological Equipment Product Certification." It has established technical joint R&D cooperation relationships with many well-known domestic companies and universities, including Beijing University of Chemical Technology, PetroChina Research Institute of Natural Gas, Sinopec Safety Engineering Research Institute, Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd., and Qingdao University of Science and Technology. It boasts a leading domestic H2S removal technology expert team and has obtained 37 domestic patents, including 9 national invention patents and 28 utility model patents, demonstrating strong technical capabilities.

  • Atmospheric Impact Analysis

The company's project production is carried out in a closed mixing tank. During production, only a small amount of organic waste gas is generated, and the amount of waste gas is small. By reducing the number of times the mixing tank valve is opened and strengthening the ventilation of the workshop, the emission standards can be met.

  • Water Environment Impact Analysis

This project does not generate any production wastewater. The water used in the project's products is incorporated into the product with no external discharge; equipment washing water is collected in special containers and entrusted for treatment, with no external discharge; and circulating cooling water is recycled and reused, with no external discharge. Wastewater mainly consists of domestic sewage, which is treated by a septic tank before being discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network for treatment by the Xin Cheng Sewage Treatment Plant, meeting the discharge standards.

  • Solid Waste Impact Analysis

The solid waste generated by this project mainly includes domestic garbage and industrial solid waste.

Domestic garbage is non-toxic and harmless waste, which is classified and collected and uniformly collected and disposed of by the local sanitation station at designated locations. Industrial solid waste mainly consists of waste packaging barrels, which are hazardous waste and are regularly entrusted to Xinguang Green Ring Recycling Co., Ltd., which has hazardous waste treatment qualifications, for transportation and treatment.
