This project is a pipeline natural gas liquefaction unit with a processing capacity of 10 ten thousand cubic meters / per day. The main process flow includes: metering and pressure stabilization, feed gas acid removal, mercury removal and drying, purification, deep cryogenic separation, refrigeration compression cycle (dual MRC process flow), storage and loading.
All main process units adopt modular design and fabrication, with a total of 13 skid blocks. On site, only the external pipelines, instruments, electrical and other utilities need to be connected for commissioning and production, which not only ensures the quality of the entire unit but also greatly reduces on-site construction time and costs. The unit took a total of 7 months from design to commissioning and operation.
