This equipment processes approximately 41950 Nm of gas 3 /h, after purification and separation, approximately 41840 Nm of gas with lower heavy hydrocarbon content 3 /h of natural gas is sent to the liquefaction process, and the purified hydrocarbon liquid is sent to the storage tank (200-400 kg/h). The de-heavy hydrocarbon skid aims to reduce the C5+ content of the dried natural gas. The C6+ impurity content in the purified feed gas is less than or equal to 10 ppm, and the benzene and neopentane mol% ≤ 1 ppm, effectively solving the problem of cold box freezing and blockage in the liquefaction process caused by heavy hydrocarbons.
