Our company has achieved several firsts in the successful implementation of this project:
1. First in single-well sulfur production using liquid-phase oxidation, and first in domestic single-unit sulfur production;
2. First domestic complete wellhead skid-mounted unit (using liquid-phase oxidation);
3. Purification of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas to below 1 ppm, and purification of methanethiol and ethanethiol to below 1 ppm, achieving the highest purification rate domestically;
4. First set of chelating iron desulfurization unit using a multi-tower series-parallel combination;
5. Domestic chelating iron unit with the highest sulfur capacity in industrial operation at the wellhead;
6. Sulfur quality reaches first-grade standard, the highest quality in the domestic industry;
7. Under the same operating conditions, the reagent consumption is the lowest domestically, maintaining a leading position.
(I) Gas Well Introduction
This project is located in Yangliu Village, Gexianshan Town, Pengzhou City, approximately 6km from the Aoping valve chamber. The well has a no-restriction flow rate of 819,600 cubic meters/day, with a hydrogen sulfide content of 5.23%, a carbon dioxide content of 6.38%, and an organic sulfur content of 256.4 mg/m3.
(II) Operation Status
◆When the gas volume is stably operating at 100,000-150,000 cubic meters/day, the desulfurization lean liquid ORP value is stable at around -50, and the desulfurization rich liquid ORP value is stable at -200 to -240. The oxidation regeneration of the desulfurization solution meets the requirements at this gas volume. The maximum operating gas volume is 240,000 cubic meters/day.
◆During operation, the solution circulation volume operates at 350-670 m3/h, maintaining around 500 m3/h after the gas volume is relatively stable. The calculated sulfur capacity is around 0.8-2.5 g/L, with purified gas H2S basically <1PPm, and a thiol removal rate of over 90%.
